On the way back from Indonesia I was able to spend a few days in Singapore. The Crowne Plaza hotel at the airport offers nice views of the north runway and features hallways without windows.
For being a small country (city/state) there are a lot of airlines with Singapore registry operating, not to mention the fairly large amount of cargo movements.
