As always, Malaysia`s airports delight with lots of unique and special colors. AirAsia has several aircraft in special colors flying in and out of KUL and Air India Express has daily flights but their fleet is quite a challenge to get because each one is unique.

Closer to Kuala Lumpur, Subang airport gets some local passenger flights but also sees interesting Royal Malaysian Air Force movements that include various VIP transports.

Finally, Simpang Airport hosts a Royal Malaysian Air Force helicopter squadron, the RMAF Museum and the Royal Malaysian Police Air Wing. The Police chief pilot was more than happy to show off his aircraft even though I turned up unannounced!
